Ernests closes in on Top 50
Ernests’ extraordinary run at Roland Garros will see his ranking leap from #80 to #51 when the latest world rankings are released this Monday. He spent three weeks in the Top 50 last year after winning the Mons Challenger, peaking at #46.
Having lost in the first round of all three grass tournaments he competed in last year, Ernests has no singles ranking point to defend until the Rogers Cup in Toronto this August. Therefore, any win would result in a net gain to his ranking points tally, further propelling him towards the top.

Good Luck
